Iowa GOP Voters Feel Left Out in the Cold

The enthusiasm gap:
Iowa Republican Party leaders say the level of activity and enthusiasm surrounding the 2008 campaign has not approached the level of eight years ago or the Democrats' race this year, reflecting in part a struggle among voters to find the right candidate.

In other words, ALL of the Republican candidates are so far out of touch, they aren't even speaking to their fellow Republicans. (chuckle, chuckle, chuckle) Awww, it just breaks me up!

Carolinadem,
believe me, we in CT had a front row seat to 9/11 and Giuliani. all he did every day, was show up for the photo op, and repeat things to the press, the guys doing the actual work told him. He did nothing heroic at all.

I doubt if you can get a fireman, EMT, or cop in New York or elsewhere to vote for Guiliani.
Word got around the country about the way he did the emergency responders during 9-11, and when I heard a Kansas volunteer fireman dissing Guiliani I knew it was the truth. Firemen don't take kindly to those who crap on their brothers.
